Shipping & Store Policy

Shipping & Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days once received unless specifically noted otherwise. Standard domestic shipping is 3-7 days via USPS and International shipping is 2-4 weeks. Extended shipping times may occur during peak (holiday) season.

DOMESTIC 

USA: Shipping is FREE on all orders $18.00 or more (no tracking included). You may add tracked shipping for a flat $3.50. Shipping on orders under $18.00 will have a flat fee of $1.55 without tracking and $3.50 with tracking. 

INTERNATIONAL

CANADA: Shipping fee will range between $1.50 to $3.75 (without tracking), depending on weight. If package exceeds 3 oz, order may be sent in multiple packages to keep within USPS First-Class mail limitations. All orders shipped in stamped envelopes. If you prefer tracked shipping, cost will be calculated at checkout for that option.

UK, IRELAND, AUSTRALIA, GERMANY, JAMAICA: Shipping fee will range between $1.50 to $5.95 (without tracking), depending on weight. If package exceeds 3 oz, order may be sent in multiple packages to keep within USPS First-Class mail limitations. All orders shipped in stamped envelopes. If you prefer tracked shipping, cost will be calculated at checkout for that option.

NOTE: We are currently only shipping nail wraps internationally to prevent shipping fees from being cost prohibitive. Nail care items such as cuticle oils, clippers, file, nail polishes, etc., and accessories such as jewelry cannot be shipped via USPS First Class mail, as they are considered packages. If you would like to purchase these items, package rates will automatically be calculated at checkout. Additionally, due to cuticle sticks and nail files possibly affecting the uniformity of standard envelopes, they will not be included in International orders that are shipped via USPS First-Class envelope mail.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges must be processed within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds

  • Any unused product may be returned within 30 days of purchase, less the original shipping cost incurred by Sweet Serenity Haven. Additional shipping costs may be incurred. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days of purchase. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Open packages and Gift Cards are not eligible for returns.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately for an exchange.
  • If that product is not available, we will offer the choice of: (a) another product at comparable pricing, or (b) offer a refund upon receipt of the damaged product.
